Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on SellrApp, operated by Thekada Digital Ventures Pvt Ltd. We aim to be fair and transparent in our refund process.

2. Free Trial

SellrApp offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all features with no payment required. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will simply be downgraded — no charges will be incurred and no refund is necessary.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Billing & Plan page.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Your store will become inactive after the billing period ends, but your account and data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe.

4. Refund Eligibility

✓ Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requested within 7 days of the payment date
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from using the Service
  • Duplicate or accidental charges

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requested after 7 days from the payment date
  • Account suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Change of mind or "no longer need the service" after the 7-day window
  • Partial month/year usage (subscriptions are not prorated)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@thekada.in with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Store name / URL
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID from App Store or Google Play (found in your purchase history)

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) per their refund policies.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Plan Changes

If you switch between the Monthly and Yearly plans, the new plan will take effect immediately. The remaining balance from your previous plan will not be refunded or credited. We recommend making plan changes close to your billing renewal date.
